Job Description for Wipro Off Campus Drive 2023:
- Wipro Off Campus Walk In Drive 2023 hiring freshers for Associate Position
- Work on the various front offices client tools as required for the specific queues and provide customer service through calls.
- Understand customer queries received through calls and act accordingly.
- Maintain a healthy and clean work environment & adhere to company policies and procedure.
- Continuous up gradation of process knowledge as required
Eligibility Criteria for Wipro Customer Service Executive Position 2023:
- Graduate / Bachelor's Degree can apply
- Day - 5 days working
Qualifications required for Wipro Associate Position 2023:
- 6 months to 2 yrs Experience Preferably in Banking & Fraud Analysis Experience (Freshers are not allowed)
