Job Description
HCL Technologies is hiring freshers for the Customer Support Representative position. You will serve as an executive resolving customer queries in line with client guidelines, specifically handling inbound calls for US-based customers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to all Freshers (Any Graduate).
- Strictly NO Engineering (B.E/B.Tech), MCA, or MSc CS graduates.
- Must have completed the degree with no active backlogs.
- Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal).
