Job Description & Tracks
Track 1: IT & Integrated Smart Operations
Perform database queries, CRUD operations, and write stored procedures. Execute tests and resolve service tickets using Data Analytics tools.
Track 2: Multicloud Environments
Maintain computing environments, monitor production servers, and handle incident management for Windows, Database, and Cloud storage.
Track 3: Digital Workplace Services
Troubleshoot technical IT issues for clients to ensure smooth functioning of computer systems and internal IT services.
