About the Program
The Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is a unique initiative for BSc and BCA graduates. It allows you to build a career with a global IT leader while Wipro sponsors your M.Tech degree from a premier Indian institute.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: BSc (CS, IT, Math, Stats, Physics, Electronics) or BCA.
- Mandatory: Core Mathematics in Graduation is required.
- Percentage: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA in Graduation.
- Gap: Max 3 years gap between 10th and Graduation allowed. No gaps allowed within Graduation.
Stipend & Financial Benefits
- 💰 Joining Bonus: ₹75,000 (One-time)
- 📅 1st Year: ₹15,000 + ESI
- 📅 2nd Year: ₹17,000 + ESI
- 📅 3rd Year: ₹19,000 + ESI
- 📅 4th Year: ₹23,000
*Post-completion, designation upgrades to Senior Project Engineer with ₹6 LPA+ salary.
