• BETSOL Off Campus Drive 2022 Hiring Freshers for Cloud Support Associate Position

Roles and Responsibilities for Betsol Off Campus Drive 2022 for Cloud Support Associate:

• CSE will be responsible to monitor the Cloud Infrastructure and respond to any issues. 
• Expected to learn DevOps Skills on work 
• Responsible to provide timely and effective resolutions to the customer tickets. 
• Responsible to Interact with Dev Team to coordinate the customer tickets. 
• Responsible to update the Open tickets on daily basis. 
• Meets expectations regarding productivity as defined by the process or manager 
• Enter bugs to Engineering on any infrastructure issues.
• Keep status and change logs for any work.

Eligibility Criteria for Betsol Off Campus Drive 2022 for Cloud Support Associate:

• BE/BTech/ME/MTech(IT, CS, EEE, ECE) & MCA 2021, 2022 Batch students
• Percentage criteria : Throughout 60% (10th,12th,Diploma & UG Aggregate 60%)
• No year down.
• Passing out Year – 2021, 2022
