Job Description for eClerx Customer Service Analyst Position 2024:

• eClerx Off Campus Drive 2024 Hiring freshers for Customer Service Analyst - Non Voice Position
• He/she must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels.
• The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities for eClerx Customer Service Analyst Position 2024:

• Making sure the supporting documents are cross verified for accurate completion of proof files of current year issue.
• Taking the updates from the team leader and executing the updates.
• Handling the customer's escalation and quickly fulfilling the requirements.
• Maintaining Extraordinary quality to meet the internal and external SLA expectations.
• Meeting the highest performance matrix level.
• Good English Communication skills (Written preferably)
• Excel knowledge.
