Job Description for BEL Apprentice Position 2022:
- BEL, Bengaluru complex is engaging Non-Engineering Graduates to undergo Apprenticeship Training for a period of ONE YEAR under National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) through Board of Apprenticeship Training (BoAT), Southern Region, Chennai in the following graduation streams:
- Graduate Apprentice
- Engineering Graduate Apprentice

Eligibility Criteria for BEL Graduate Position 2022:
1) BEL Engineering (BE/BTech) Apprentice Graduate Eligibility Criteria -
- Candidate’s domicile must be from Southern Region (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Kerala & Pondicherry) only.
- Candidates should possess a Graduation from a recognized Board/University on or after 01-07-2020.
- Candidate’s upper age limit is 25 years. Relaxation of 5 years for SC & ST candidates. Relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates and 10 years for Persons with disabilities.
- Minimum Percentage in Graduation for General & OBC candidates should be 60% & above. For SC/ST candidates minimum Percentage in Graduation should be 50% & above.
- Candidates who have undergone or undergoing Apprenticeship Training under NATS or NAPS in any other establishment/organization are not eligible.
- Candidates who have acquired or pursuing higher qualifications are not eligible.
2 ) BEL Graduate Apprentice (BCom/BBA) Eligibility Criteria -
- Candidate’s domicile must be from Karnataka state only.
- Candidates should have passed Graduation from a recognized Board/University on or after 01-01-2020
- Candidate’s upper age limit is 25 years. Relaxation of 5 years for SC & ST candidates. Relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates and 10 years for Persons with disabilities.
- Minimum Percentage in Graduation for General & OBC candidates should be 50% & above. For SC/ST candidates minimum Percentage in Graduation should be 40% & above.
- Candidates who have undergone or undergoing Optional Trade Training under NATS or NAPS in any other establishment/organization are not eligible.
- Candidates who have acquired or pursuing higher qualifications are not eligible.
- Candidates who do not possess Degree/Provisional Degree certificate are not eligible
BEL Stipend for Graduate Apprentice Position 2022:
- BEL Graduate (B.Com/BBA) Apprentice Stipend is Rs.10,500/- Month
- BEL Engineering (BE/BTech) Graduate Apprentice Stipend is Rs.11,100/- Month
Selection Process for BEL Graduate Apprentice 2022:
- Selection is purely on the basis of merit of the marks secured in the written test
- Candidates having CGPA score or Grade system should convert them into percentage as per their respective university norms.
- Conversion details prescribed from the university/college should be furnished.
- Statutory Reservation will be as per Government norms.
- Selected candidates will be informed through E-Mail.
Important Note - BEL WALK IN Recruitment 2022:
- Canteen facility & Transport facility will be provided on chargeable basis.
- No Accommodation facility will be provided
- No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for selection process.
Candidates must bring the following documents in ORIGINAL along with 1 set of Xerox copy while appearing for the walk-in selection:
- SSLC/ 10TH Marks card
- Graduation Degree Certificate OR Provisional Degree Certificate (Study Certificate will NOT be accepted)
- Aadhar Card
- Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC Candidates
- Suppression of facts & furnishing false information will lead to disqualification/Rejection of candidature. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification.
