Job Description for Walmart Off Campus Drive 2024:
- Walmart Off Campus Walk In Drive 2024 hiring freshers for Customer Support Position
- In this role, associates may be asked to switch between any support channel of phone, chat and Email based on the business requirements.
- They should be flexible to work in a 24/7 work environment with rotating weekly time off and be able to work in permanent night shifts or any assigned shifts on a rotational basis based on business needs.
Roles and Responsibilities for Walmart Customer Support Position 2024:
- Customer Assistance: Providing prompt and efficient customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, in-person).
- Product Knowledge: Acquiring in-depth knowledge about Walmart's products and services to assist customers with their inquiries, product information, and support in making informed purchase decisions.
- Problem Resolution: Identifying and resolving customer complaints, ensuring a positive resolution, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Order Processing: Assisting customers with order placement, tracking orders, handling returns, and managing refunds or exchanges.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and other departments within the company.
- Technical Support: Providing basic technical support for online platforms, assisting customers with navigating the website, troubleshooting account issues, and guiding them through various online processes.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions using Walmart's systems or CRM tools.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other team members, supervisors, and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and issue resolution.
