Roles and Responsibilities for Cognizant GenC Next for Performance Engineer Position:
- Display basic understanding of Non-Functional Requirements and System architecture in order to support creation of Performance Test Plan.
- Create automated performance test scripts using load testing tools like Loadrunner.
- Execute load, stress and endurance tests.
- Monitor system performance using tools like Perfmon.
- Create automated utilities leveraging AI/ML to support performance test executions.
- Document Summary results of the tests executed and provide walkthrough to stakeholders
- Participation in Calls/Status reporting.
- Participating in daily Agile/Scrum stand up calls.
