Job Description for Cognizant GenC Next for Google Engineer Position:
- Cognizant Off Campus Drive 2021 Hiring freshers for Google Engineer position

Roles and Responsibilities for Cognizant GenC Next for Google Engineer Position:
- Work alongside Architects and help in preparing cloud foundation/ CICD/ data lake and warehouse design documents.
- Work with developers to develop branching strategy and automate code build with dockerization techniques.
- Perform cloud assessment to develop migration plan for migrating on-prem database and warehouse to target cloud ecosystem.
- Configure cloud resources (systems, network, databases) for optimal performance and availability/ Static Application Security Testing (SAST) in the CICD process
- Configure data streaming/ingestion, transformation, and batch pipelines as per best practices.
- Configure data clusters (Spark, Hadoop) with RBAC for security.
- Configure data analytics tools (Tableau/Looker) for reporting and visualization.
- Develop codes/modules for provisioning of cloud landing zone, storage, data systems / CICD pipeline for
- software application delivery.
- Develop cloud monitoring dashboards and metrics.
- Implement security controls and hardening policies for cloud security/blue green, canary release, A/B testing methodology to improve software release effectiveness.
- Capacity management and make optimization/right sizing recommendations.
- Deploy and manage service mesh to abstract operational tasks from business logic development.
- Provide technical support during new code release in production, Cloud IT operations support after steady state.
