Roles and Responsibilities for Cognizant GenC Next for Data Scientist Position:
- Be a hands-on problem solver with consultative approach, who can apply Machine Learning algorithms, use the knowledge of wide variety of AI/ML techniques and algorithms to solve business challenges.
- Improve Learning Model accuracy by optimization and tuning to deliver greater business impact and estimate business impact due to deployment of model.
- Work with tools and scripts for suffciently pre-processing the data – Python / R / SQL.
- Design and develop Machine Learning & Deep learning models using Python / TensorFlow / PyTorch
- Use visualization tools/modules to be able to explore and analyze outcomes Example: Power BI / Tableau.
- Work with application teams, in deploying deep learning models on cloud as a service or on-prem.
- Integrating AI&ML models with other applications using REST APIs and other connector technologies.
- Use of versioning & Collaborative tools like Git / GitHub.
- Work with the domain/customer teams to understand business context and dictionaries and apply in a
- relevant ML solution.
- Develop prototype level ideas into a solution that can scale to industrial grade strength.
